Unfortunately it is simply not possible for us to contact clients when non government mail is received at the registered office address. The registered office service is provided at a very competitive price and includes the forwarding of official government mail. If we were to intercept any non government mail, store the mail safely, contact the client, wait for replies, raise an invoice to cover our time and expenses we would have to charge clients between £20 to £50 to cover our time on each occasion depending on the amount of communication involved. Alternatively we would have to increase our fees for all of our clients which is not possible as we operate in a price sensitive market.
At our discretion we may forward a couple of items of general business mail to you. In this instance we will attach a sticker to your envelope to draw your attention to the matter. Hopefully you will then be able to identify who has used the registered office address instead of your trading address.
